Waring Signs that You are Having a Heart Attack

1. Pain or discomfort in the chest area
2. Light headiness, vomiting, nausea
3. Discomfort or pain in left arm or shoulder,
4. Jaw, neck, or back pain suddenly
5. Difficulty breathing

Often times, when we associate discomfort in the chest area we think of it as indigestion.  Know the signs of a heart attack.  If you have a combination of some of the items listed above, it can save your life.

Take a baby asprin and call 9-1-1.  If you have someone home with you, have your family member take you to the nearest hospital.
